Dr. Eugenia Ofondu

A Consultant Dermatologist and Genito-Urinary Physician working at the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri in Imo State. There she co-ordinates the delivery of comprehensive care, treatment and support Services to People Living with HIV/AIDS and also oversees the adult and adolescent ART clinics plus the dermatology clinic.

Dr. Ofondu is a member of the National Task Team on Antiretroviral Therapy and a certified National Master Trainer for Comprehensive HIV Care, Treatment and Support Service Delivery. She is also the training coordinator for the Partnership for Medical Education and Training (PMET) Program, Federal Medical Centre, Owerri in collaboration with Centre for Clinical Care and Research, Nigeria (CCCRN)

She is also a Trainer and Examiner for Residents in Internal Medicine for the National Postgraduate College of Nigeria. She was a Presenter on the Nigerian Television Authority Enugu Health Program, Alive and Well from 1996 -2000, episodes of which are still airing to date.
